thunder pulsa is the tomboy daredevil of pixie holow. dispite her girlish figured wings she had only one thing on her mine: SPEED!! as in 90% the speed of light and getting faster at all times. due to her inability to focus she was considered a liability to the floral fairies but she one day unleashed her magic in frustration creating a lightning bolt which the flora fairies confermed helped make all the flowers bloom stronger. A human can tell when pulsa flies bye. She creates a sonic boom as she dose. often distroying small glases unlucky enoght to be in her path.
